It’s autumn in Shanghai, and the sunshine mixes with the autumn wind, bringing warmth and chill at the same time. I like the feeling of the intersection of cold and warmth, so I put on my bag and computer and go out to explore Shanghai, which I haven’t explored in a long time, and then I plan to find a small shop to sit in for the afternoon.
I got on the bus and went all the way to the South Bund. I got off the bus and walked aimlessly along the river, including the Huangpu River, Nanpu Bridge, ferry boats, and the ferry boats that cost 2 yuan to cross the river. The reason why this ancient transportation method across the river still exists is that two-wheeled electric vehicles and bicycles are needed to cross the river. Of course, people can also take the ferry boat, but at the speed of Shanghai, there are very few pedestrians crossing the river by boat. Let me get on the boat to experience it.
There was no one on the second floor of the deck. The electric bike riders were waiting on the first floor to swarm out as soon as they docked. Looking at the river surface that has accumulated over time, looking at the Huangpu River that carries the memories of countless Shanghainese, generations of urban people pass by in a hurry, but the years flow silently.
After docking, we walked all the way up the river to Lujiazui to see the place where I worked many years ago and find some memories.
At this time, Lujiazui is quiet and crowded, the leaves are rustling, the sound is heard, the autumn wind is rustling, brushing the cheeks, and a very down-to-earth mood is relaxed. I have to say that it is quite interesting to go shopping in Shanghai when everyone else is working.
The life schedules of modern urbanites are highly similar. In Shanghai, during rush hours, there is chaos and chaos, but at other times, the years are quiet.
I happened to find a Lujiazui library while passing by. It is quite well-designed, with quiet colors and bright lighting. I walked in and walked around. It is very nice to read and write in it. There is also a large terrace. When you are tired from reading, you can go up to the terrace to stretch your muscles. You can see the three-piece landmark building of Lujiazui in the distance.
After sitting there for an hour, I checked the time, put away my computer, and returned in time for the rush hour.
The convenience facilities in Shanghai are indeed first-class, user-friendly, well-designed, and exquisite in every aspect.
