I was sorting out old things a while ago and found a chess set. The chess pieces are made of jade. It’s a treasure. This chess set was given to me by my brother when I was running a youth hostel. Later, the store closed and moved. When I left, I took nothing with me except this chess set.
Today I took it out and played a game with my old father. After a fierce battle, my father won in the end. I was very happy to lose. It showed that my father was still very powerful. I said, not bad, not bad. It proves that you don't have Alzheimer's disease yet. When I was a child, I was very involved in playing games with winning and losing. When I lost, I would get emotional and unhappy. I would play chess with my father, and we would lose and lose again and again. I would continue to play out of anger, and even after dinner time, I would drag my father to continue playing. I played table tennis with my brother and lost one game after another. In the end, I got so angry that I threw the racket and broke a lamp. . .
Now I hope that my old father can continue to be like me when I was a child, still better than me in everything, and never grow old.
